This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app "DaysCounter" (the "App") handles information. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
Event data you create — titles, dates, repeat rules, categories, notification settings, and any background photo you choose — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never sent to or collected by the developer's servers.
To keep your events in sync across your own devices (e.g. iPhone and iPad), the App uses iCloud (Apple's CloudKit), storing a copy of your event data in the private iCloud database associated with your own Apple Account. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure — the developer does not have access to this data. You can see and manage what's stored in your iCloud account through your device's Settings. Deleting the App removes the copy stored on that device; data already synced to your iCloud account is managed under your Apple Account and is not automatically deleted by uninstalling the App.
If you choose a photo from your library as an event's background, that photo is stored together with the event's data (on-device and, per Section 2, in your iCloud account) and a resized copy is cached on-device so widgets can display it efficiently. Photos are never uploaded to the developer's servers or shared with any third party.
The App shows ads via Google AdMob to support free use: an adaptive banner ad on the Home and Edit screens, and an optional rewarded video ad you can choose to watch to temporarily unlock premium backgrounds. For ad delivery and measurement, AdMob may automatically collect and transmit:

On first launch, the App shows the system tracking-permission prompt. If you decline, no IDFA-based tracking occurs and only non-personalized ads are shown. All features work the same either way.
"DaysCounter Pro" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription) that removes ads and unlocks premium features permanently. Purchases, billing, and restoring a previous purchase are all handled by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. The developer never receives or stores your payment details.
If you enable event reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated entirely on-device and are not sent through any server. You can disable them anytime in iOS Settings.
You can change ad and tracking settings anytime in iOS "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking" and "Apple Advertising".
The only third-party SDK included is Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). No proprietary analytics, crash reporting, or A/B-testing tools are used.
You can delete individual events at any time from within the App. Deleting the App removes all data stored on that device; data already synced to your iCloud account remains there until you delete it yourself (e.g. via the App before uninstalling, or through iCloud settings).
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

ご自身がお持ちの複数端末（iPhone・iPad等）間でイベントを同期するため、本アプリは iCloud（Apple の CloudKit）を利用し、ご自身の Apple Account に紐づく iCloud のプライベートデータベースにイベントデータのコピーを保存します。この同期処理は Apple のインフラによって完結しており、開発者がこのデータにアクセスすることはありません。iCloud に保存されている内容は、端末の「設定」から確認・管理できます。本アプリを削除すると、その端末に保存されていたコピーは削除されますが、既に iCloud に同期済みのデータはご自身の Apple Account 側で管理されるものであり、アプリのアンインストールによって自動的に削除されるわけではありません。
イベントの背景としてご自身の写真ライブラリから写真を選択した場合、その写真はイベントデータとともに保存されます（端末内、および上記2.の通り iCloud にも）。また、ウィジェットで効率よく表示するため、縮小版のコピーを端末内にキャッシュします。写真が開発者のサーバーにアップロードされたり、第三者と共有されたりすることはありません。
本アプリは無料でご利用いただくため、Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」による広告を表示します：ホーム画面・編集画面に表示されるアダプティブバナー広告と、プレミアム背景を一時的に解除するために任意で視聴できるリワード（動画）広告です。広告の配信・効果測定のために、以下のような情報が AdMob によって自動的に取得・送信される場合があります。

初回起動時、本アプリはシステムの「トラッキングの許可」ダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合は IDFA を用いた追跡は行わず、非パーソナライズ広告のみを表示します。許可・不許可いずれの場合も全機能を同じようにご利用いただけます。
「DaysCounter Pro」は、サブスクリプションではなく一度きりの買い切り（非消耗型）課金で、広告を非表示にし、プレミアム機能を恒久的に解除します。購入・決済・購入の復元は全て Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理され、開発者がお支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。
イベントのリマインダーを有効にすると、本アプリは端末内でローカル通知をスケジュールします。これらは端末内で生成され、サーバーを経由しません。iOS の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
iOSの「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」および「Apple広告」から、広告・トラッキングに関する設定をいつでも変更できます。
本アプリに組み込まれている第三者SDKは Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）のみです。独自のアナリティクス、クラッシュレポート、A/Bテスト等のツールは導入していません。
個々のイベントは、アプリ内からいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、その端末に保存されていたデータは全て削除されますが、既に iCloud に同期済みのデータは、ご自身で削除（アンインストール前にアプリ内で削除する、または iCloud の設定から削除する等）されるまで残ります。
本アプリは、子どもを含むいかなる方からも、個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

Esta Política de privacidad explica cómo la app de iOS "DaysCounter" (la "App") trata la información. No se requiere cuenta ni inicio de sesión para usar la App.
Los datos de eventos que creas —títulos, fechas, reglas de repetición, categorías, ajustes de notificación y cualquier foto de fondo que elijas— se guardan localmente en tu dispositivo mediante el framework SwiftData de Apple. Estos datos nunca se envían ni son recopilados por los servidores del desarrollador.
Para mantener tus eventos sincronizados entre tus propios dispositivos (por ejemplo, iPhone y iPad), la App usa iCloud (CloudKit de Apple), guardando una copia de tus datos de eventos en la base de datos privada de iCloud asociada a tu propia cuenta de Apple. Esta sincronización la gestiona por completo la infraestructura de Apple: el desarrollador no tiene acceso a estos datos. Puedes ver y gestionar lo que se guarda en tu cuenta de iCloud desde los Ajustes de tu dispositivo. Al eliminar la App se borra la copia guardada en ese dispositivo; los datos ya sincronizados con tu cuenta de iCloud se gestionan bajo tu cuenta de Apple y no se eliminan automáticamente al desinstalar la App.
Si eliges una foto de tu biblioteca como fondo de un evento, esa foto se guarda junto con los datos del evento (en el dispositivo y, según la Sección 2, también en tu cuenta de iCloud), y se guarda en caché una copia redimensionada en el dispositivo para que los widgets puedan mostrarla de forma eficiente. Las fotos nunca se suben a los servidores del desarrollador ni se comparten con terceros.
La App muestra anuncios mediante Google AdMob para permitir su uso gratuito: un anuncio de banner adaptativo en las pantallas de Inicio y Edición, y un anuncio de vídeo recompensado opcional que puedes elegir ver para desbloquear temporalmente fondos premium. Para la entrega y medición de anuncios, AdMob puede recopilar y transmitir automáticamente:

En el primer inicio, la App muestra el aviso del sistema para solicitar permiso de seguimiento. Si lo rechazas, no se realizará seguimiento basado en IDFA y solo se mostrarán anuncios no personalizados. Todas las funciones funcionan igual en ambos casos.
"DaysCounter Pro" es una compra única, no consumible (no una suscripción) que elimina los anuncios y desbloquea las funciones premium de forma permanente. Las compras, la facturación y la restauración de una compra anterior las gestiona Apple a través de la App Store mediante StoreKit. El desarrollador nunca recibe ni almacena tus datos de pago.
Si activas los recordatorios de eventos, la App programa notificaciones locales en tu dispositivo. Se generan enteramente en el dispositivo y no pasan por ningún servidor. Puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras en los Ajustes de iOS.
Puedes cambiar los ajustes de anuncios y seguimiento en cualquier momento desde iOS en "Ajustes > Privacidad y seguridad > Seguimiento" y "Publicidad de Apple".
El único SDK de terceros incluido es Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). No se utilizan herramientas propias de analítica, informes de fallos ni pruebas A/B.
Puedes eliminar eventos individuales en cualquier momento desde dentro de la App. Al eliminar la App se borran todos los datos guardados en ese dispositivo; los datos ya sincronizados con tu cuenta de iCloud permanecen ahí hasta que los elimines tú mismo (por ejemplo, desde la App antes de desinstalarla, o desde los ajustes de iCloud).
