This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app “Lull — Sleep Sounds & White Noise” (the “App”) handles information. Lull is designed to be privacy-first: it works fully offline and keeps your data on your device.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not require an account, and the App has no analytics or tracking SDKs.
Any data you create in the App — such as your saved mixes/presets, sleep log entries, bedtime routine settings, and preferences — is stored only on your device (in local app storage). It is not sent to us or to any external server, and it is removed when you delete the App.
Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase validation is handled on your device and by Apple. Please see Apple’s privacy policy for how Apple handles transactions.
If you enable the bedtime reminder or gentle wake, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent through any server. You can disable them anytime in iOS Settings.
The App’s sleep log is a simple, manual/automatic on-device record. The current version does not read from or write to Apple Health.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

本アプリで作成したデータ（保存したミックス／プリセット、睡眠記録、おやすみルーティンの設定、各種設定など）は、端末内（ローカル保存領域）にのみ保存されます。当方や外部サーバーへ送信されることはなく、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
任意のサブスクリプションは、StoreKit を用いて App Store 経由で Apple により処理されます。当方がお支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。購入の検証は端末内および Apple 側で行われます。取引の取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
就寝リマインダーややさしい起床を有効にすると、本アプリは端末内でローカル通知をスケジュールします。これらは端末内で生成され、サーバーを経由しません。iOS の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
本アプリの睡眠記録は、端末内で完結するシンプルな記録（手動／自動）です。現行バージョンは Apple ヘルスケアへの読み書きを行いません。
本アプリは、子どもを含むいかなる方からも、個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

Esta Política de privacidad explica cómo la app de iOS «Lull — Sonidos para dormir y ruido blanco» (la «App») trata la información. Lull está diseñada priorizando la privacidad: funciona totalmente sin conexión y mantiene tus datos en tu dispositivo.
La App no recopila, transmite ni comparte ninguna información personal. No requiere cuenta y no incluye SDK de analítica ni de seguimiento.
Los datos que creas en la App —como tus mezclas/ajustes guardados, el registro de sueño, la configuración de la rutina nocturna y tus preferencias— se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo (almacenamiento local). No se envían ni a nosotros ni a ningún servidor externo, y se eliminan al borrar la App.
Las suscripciones opcionales las procesa Apple a través de la App Store mediante StoreKit. No recibimos ni almacenamos tus datos de pago. La validación de la compra se realiza en tu dispositivo y por Apple. Consulta la política de privacidad de Apple sobre cómo gestiona las transacciones.
Si activas el recordatorio de hora de dormir o el despertar suave, la App programa notificaciones locales en tu dispositivo. Se generan en el dispositivo y no pasan por ningún servidor. Puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras en los Ajustes de iOS.
El registro de sueño de la App es un registro sencillo (manual/automático) que reside en el dispositivo. La versión actual no lee ni escribe en Apple Salud.
