QuitDays — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app "QuitDays" (the "App") handles information. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.

1. Information you enter in the App

The habits you track — names, quit dates and times, daily cost and amount, your reason for quitting, and your restart history — are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never sent to or collected by the developer's servers, and it is not synced to any cloud service.

2. Widgets

To show your streak in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, the App writes a small summary (habit name, quit date, daily cost, color) to an App Group container on your device that only the App and its widget can read. It never leaves your device.

3. Advertising (third-party data collection)

The App shows a banner ad from Google AdMob at the bottom of its screens to support free use. For ad delivery and measurement, AdMob may automatically collect and transmit:

4. Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

On launch, the App shows the system tracking-permission prompt. If you decline, no IDFA-based tracking occurs and only non-personalized ads are shown. All features work the same either way.

5. In-App Purchase

"QuitDays Pro" is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that removes all ads and lets you track unlimited habits. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. Purchases, billing, and restoring are handled by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. 6. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App schedules local notifications on your device for upcoming milestones. They are generated entirely on-device and are not sent through any server. You can turn them off anytime in iOS Settings.

7. Opting out of ads / tracking

You can change ad and tracking settings anytime in iOS "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking" and "Apple Advertising".

8. Third-party libraries / SDKs

The only third-party SDK included is Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). No analytics, crash reporting, or A/B-testing tools are used.

9. Data deletion

You can delete any habit at any time from within the App. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.

10. App lock (Face ID)

If you turn on the app lock in Settings, iOS verifies you with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. The App only receives a success or failure result; it never receives or stores any biometric data.

11. Not medical advice

The App is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need help quitting, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional.

12. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

本プライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「QuitDays」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリの利用にアカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。

1. 本アプリに入力する情報

記録する習慣の情報（名前、やめた日時、1日あたりの出費や量、やめる理由、やり直しの履歴）は、Apple の SwiftData を使って端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーに送信・収集されることはなく、クラウドへの同期も行いません。

2. ウィジェット

ホーム画面・ロック画面のウィジェットに記録を表示するため、本アプリは概要（習慣名、やめた日時、1日あたりの出費、色）を端末内の App Group 領域に書き込みます。この領域は本アプリとそのウィジェットだけが読み取れ、端末の外に出ることはありません。

3. 広告（第三者によるデータ収集）

本アプリは無料で提供するため、各画面の下部に Google AdMob のバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信・効果測定のため、AdMob は以下の情報を自動的に収集・送信する場合があります。

記録している習慣の内容が AdMob やその他の第三者に共有されることはありません。

4. トラッキング（App Tracking Transparency）

起動時に、システムのトラッキング許可ダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合は IDFA によるトラッキングは行われず、パーソナライズされていない広告のみが表示されます。どちらを選んでも、すべての機能は同じように使えます。

5. App 内課金

「QuitDays Pro」は自動更新の月額サブスクリプションで、広告をすべて非表示にし、習慣を無制限に記録できるようにします。お支払いは Apple アカウントに請求され、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。管理・解約は Apple アカウントの設定からいつでも行えます。購入・決済・復元は StoreKit を通じて Apple（App Store）が処理し、開発者が支払い情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。利用規約：Apple 標準 EULA（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）。

6. 通知

通知を許可した場合、本アプリは次の節目（マイルストーン）のためのローカル通知を端末内で予約します。通知は端末内だけで作成され、サーバーを経由しません。iOS の設定からいつでもオフにできます。

7. 広告・トラッキングの無効化

iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」および「Apple の広告」から、いつでも設定を変更できます。

8. 第三者ライブラリ / SDK

含まれている第三者 SDK は Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）のみです。解析、クラッシュレポート、A/B テストのツールは使用していません。

9. データの削除

記録した習慣は、本アプリ内からいつでも削除できます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。

10. アプリのロック（Face ID）

設定でアプリのロックをオンにすると、iOS が Face ID・Touch ID・パスコードで本人確認を行います。本アプリが受け取るのは成功・失敗の結果だけで、生体情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。

11. 医療上の助言ではありません

本アプリは個人の記録のためのツールであり、医学的な助言・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。やめるための支援が必要な場合は、医師や専門家にご相談ください。

12. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもを含むいかなる方からも、個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

13. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更は、このページの「最終更新日」を更新してお知らせします。

Esta Política de privacidad explica cómo la app de iOS "QuitDays" (la "App") trata la información. No se necesita cuenta ni inicio de sesión para usar la App.

1. Información que introduces en la App

Los hábitos que registras (nombres, fecha y hora en que lo dejaste, gasto y cantidad diarios, tu motivo y tu historial de reinicios) se guardan solo en tu dispositivo mediante SwiftData de Apple. Estos datos nunca se envían ni se recopilan en servidores del desarrollador, y no se sincronizan con ningún servicio en la nube.

2. Widgets

Para mostrar tu racha en los widgets de la pantalla de inicio y de bloqueo, la App escribe un pequeño resumen (nombre del hábito, fecha en que lo dejaste, gasto diario, color) en un contenedor App Group de tu dispositivo que solo la App y su widget pueden leer. Nunca sale de tu dispositivo.

3. Publicidad (recopilación de datos por terceros)

La App muestra un anuncio de banner de Google AdMob en la parte inferior de sus pantallas para poder ofrecerse gratis. Para entregar y medir anuncios, AdMob puede recopilar y transmitir automáticamente:

4. Seguimiento (App Tracking Transparency)

Al abrirse, la App muestra el aviso del sistema para permitir el seguimiento. Si no lo permites, no se realiza seguimiento basado en el IDFA y solo se muestran anuncios no personalizados. Todas las funciones funcionan igual en ambos casos.

5. Compras dentro de la app

«QuitDays Pro» es una suscripción mensual de renovación automática que elimina todos los anuncios y permite registrar hábitos ilimitados. El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple y se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo. Puedes administrarla o cancelarla en cualquier momento en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple. Apple gestiona las compras, la facturación y la restauración mediante StoreKit; el desarrollador nunca recibe ni guarda tus datos de pago. 6. Notificaciones

Si permites las notificaciones, la App programa notificaciones locales en tu dispositivo para los próximos logros. Se generan por completo en el dispositivo y no pasan por ningún servidor. Puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras en Ajustes de iOS.

7. Desactivar anuncios personalizados / seguimiento

Puedes cambiar los ajustes de anuncios y seguimiento en cualquier momento en «Ajustes > Privacidad y seguridad > Rastreo» y «Publicidad de Apple» de iOS.

8. Bibliotecas / SDK de terceros

El único SDK de terceros incluido es Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). No se usan herramientas de análisis, informes de errores ni pruebas A/B.

9. Eliminación de datos

Puedes eliminar cualquier hábito en cualquier momento desde la App. Al eliminar la App se borran todos sus datos de tu dispositivo.

10. Bloqueo de la app (Face ID)

Si activas el bloqueo en Ajustes, iOS te verifica con Face ID, Touch ID o tu código. La App solo recibe si la verificación tuvo éxito o no; nunca recibe ni guarda datos biométricos.

11. No es consejo médico

La App es una herramienta de registro personal. No ofrece consejo, diagnóstico ni tratamiento médico. Si necesitas ayuda para dejarlo, consulta a un médico o a un profesional cualificado.

12. Privacidad de los menores

La App no recopila intencionadamente información personal de nadie, incluidos los menores.

4. 追蹤（App 追蹤透明度）

5. App 內購買

6. 通知

4. 추적(App Tracking Transparency)
